Presentation on Trauma And Healing For Middle School Students In India

In India, I had the honor of speaking to middle school students on trauma and recovery. Trauma and the parasympathetic nervous system are presented in simple terms using everyday life examples in both English and Hindi. In this presentation, the children’s enthusiasm is admirable. Children were able to ask questions and relate to one another about their experiences. One of the best mental health awareness efforts I’ve ever had.
